All lenders go through a thorough an intensive application and vetting process including background checks with physical inspections prior to inclusion in Mortgage PreFlight. In addition, all banks & credit unions are licensed and governed through the FDIC, NCUA, with mortgage lenders, correspondents and brokers licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS.)
